God I used to be an alltime internet chat queen addict.
I would stay up to 3 or 4am online teaching myself webdesign and chatting.
This is the first time in years and years I've been in any sort of forum or chat-based app, but find I've matured alot since then and have other interests!
But, it is a danger, especially if you let yourself become obsessed and forget there's a real world out there and your "online" friends dissapear when you flick the power switch.
It's very hard on marriages too
