I live just outsdie this area with a few km so I can not get it.

How do you know who is your line provider and do all the line providers offer this?
I would certainly get this if I just lived 3-4 km more east out and I do certainly need this!

Have a look at your power bill, somewhere on there is the ICP number. It should be 10 numbers, then two letters, then three numbers/letters.
Ignore the first and last sets, what are the two letters in the middle?
This is the code for the lines company. Eg - mine is WE, which will be Waikato Electricity (now called WEL Networks).

haven't found any info about this on their web sites,,does this mean that Waikato District Health Board sponsor something for people that live in Wel energy area but not in other areas??
