Downsize from 6 acres to 1 acre

Wow, I have just gone from a 6 acre block to 1 acre. My specialty was heritage breed chickens. The biggest overall problem was what to keep and what to not keep. I got rid of the ducks, and the cattle and cut down the number of chicken breeds. I have decided to keep only English breeds of chickens and that limits the number of pens I need. Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.

Mostly my Silver Grey Dorkings but also have Orpington, Sussex and currently trying to replace my Old English Game that were recently wiped out by ferrets (or something).

We had a couple of Old English Game hens once. They were very gentle creatures. Do the cockerels live up to their name as fighting cocks?

Only when newly introduced. If they have been brought up together they are fine like most breeds.
