Starting the planning process for a big lifestyle change...scary

Hi all. After 12 years living in a suburban house, raising two kids to Uni levels and trying to be self sufficient off our 800sm section we have decided to sell up and move up north. Trying to figure out best way to achieve all that we want, logistics of moving, setting up a small business, building a small house on about 3 acres. Selling here and buying the section I think will be the easiest part. We have lived an unconventional life so far apart from the past 12 years. Built a straw baled house on 1 acre, built a housebus and travelled with our young kids all around the country and now the ultimate.. no kids at home and self sufficient living. I hope to get lots of ideas from this site and share with like minded people. Cheers.
