Looking for land to lease, Wellington Region.

I'm looking to lease a block of land for growing veggies (and potentially eggs) in the Wellington region.
I own and operate four restaurants in Wellington city and the next step is to grow more of what we serve.

Ideally, you would have a block of flat(ish) fertile land at least an acre with water and power access, a shed would be great also.

I come from a farming background and understand working the land and making sure the farming practices used are beneficial to the soil in the long term.
The garden will be run with organic and permaculture principles in mind.
