Welcome to the forum, and to the Hauraki Plains. There's certainly plenty of mud to throw at the moment, after these last rains! Mad? Probably, but I'd say even madder to have stayed in the Auickland rat race, which can only get worse, given the current way of thinking by the hierarchy! You're probably not far from us - we're close to Waitakaruru.
