Hi there

My name is Christie and my partner and I now own a 10-acre lifestyle block in Akatarawa. We are very new to this so have found this website to be extremely helpful - along with the episodes of River Cottage we are now watching ha ha.

I'm looking forward to being part of a forum where we can bounce ideas and get more of an understanding for how we can ensure the land thrives along with the animals and humans on there.

Welcome to the forum! What are you interested in doing on your block and what's its makeup at present? Pasture, gardens, trees, etc.?

5 acres, Ferguson 35X and implements, Hanmay pto shredder, BMW Z3, Countax ride on mower, chooks, Dorper and Wiltshire sheep. Bosky wood burning central heating stove and radiators. Retro caravan. Growing our own food and preserving it. Small vineyard, crap wine. :)
