Hi all,

I've got my first lifestyle block under contract moving in July. It's small at 1.3ha but looking forward to it. I'm Dunedin based, and enjoy hunting, fishing and brewing beer. I'm sure I will be making good use of the resources on this site in coming months beginning with tax related information.

tax related information.

my advice is DON'T get involved with tax or GST, it's not worth it. Remember, if you claim for something as a tax deductible expense, you are only saving ¬20c in the dollar, and it can come back and bite you if you sell up later.
5 acres, Ferguson 35X and implements, Hanmay pto shredder, BMW Z3, Countax ride on mower, chooks, Dorper and Wiltshire sheep. Bosky wood burning central heating stove and radiators. Retro caravan. Growing our own food and preserving it. Small vineyard, crap wine. :)
