Looking to lease dog walking space around Auckland..

Hi everyone! I have a growing Auckland dog walking business and our point of difference is that we take groups of dogs out of Auckland to beach, bush and farmland for rural adventures. The problem is that we are growing so quickly I really need to secure a place or places that I can take them to give them a good solid hike, preferably with somewhere they can swim. I'm wondering if there is anyone within a 70 minute radius of Auckland who has land which I could lease/rent to do this in. This could be a good additional income for someone who is growing pine or an has an orchard, and I would also consider leasing a block with a house. I would need a minimum of ten acres and cannot be close to stock. I think you would be more than lucky to find someone wanting to rent their property for such.
Why dont you look at leasing land in Woodhill Forest? Since the local Iwi have taken it over they have closed it to dog walking but it still has a horse park and a bike park and I am sure for $$$ there would also be a dog park. Great walking there, terrible we have lost access to it though

Also you could purchase a permit for Whiford Forest. Great place to dog walk, plenty of spots for a dip. The beach to the left of Pine Harbour Marina is also off leash all year round, and is away from vehicles.
