Moving home to a LSB. Building and setup costs???

Often once you pay for the transportation and foundations it doesn't work out to be much different cost wise from building new, but they occasionally get pretty nice houses that you really wouldn't be able to build the equivalent for the same price
I am not sure what the new build cost is per square metre but have just moved 100m sq house onto a site for $70,000, plus 2,500 for new bearers.
That excluded council approval and all the services, which are the same if the house is new or not.
The house came insulated [except underfloor], carpeted in some rooms, fully curtained, dishwasher, kitchen, stove, etc and renovated 12 years ago.
Not sure you could build for anything near that price
Bare block development = BOATT... bring on another ten thousand.
If the neighbour wants something flashier, then the additional $$ is their expense.
