Documentary about self sufficient.

I am documentary maker, with many of my films playing around the world. You can see a little bit of information at my website www.whitebalancepictures.com

Currently I am working on a feature documentary where I am going to compare, look at, investigate different farming methods. I have access to chicken, pig, sheep, dairy farms, but what I really want is alternative farms, the sort, where, people are as self sufficient as they can be.

I want to show that this is also an option, but the real struggles, the reasons why, and what its like to get back to the land.

Coming from a sheep and beef farm, having grown, killed and cooked my own food, having discussions around these issues are really important.

It would be interesting. I don't think there is anyone on here who are completely self sufficient, but there are many who are trying to grow as much as they can.
