Hi, my husband and I are new to the small lifestyle block life while working full time. We have 4x paddocks (at 4 acres in total) that's good for hay. What is the cost and can you recommend someone who cut and/or hay bale.
We also have room for grazing until we build our own small stock. Cheers ☺

I would imagine that Massey is not an easy area to get a hay contractor to as there are not too many people making hay in the area.
I would talk to the people at PGGS in Kumeu and ask them - being the closest agri sstore - who they can recommend out your way.
Local directories may have agricultural contractors or hay makers.
Do you know how good the grass is and if its suitable for hay? and accessible for hay makers?
