Newbies

Hi Everyone! I have been having a great time reading through the discussions heaps of awesome information for a newbie such as myself. I should be packing boxes as we move to 4.5 acres in Waikeria in a few weeks but this site is too distracting!

We are pretty lucky we managed to get a block that is well established with good fences, water, sheds and a huge orchard and vege gardens, our main challenge is to sit back and enjoy it and make sure we don't undo the previous owners 15+ years of hard graft

No doubt I'll be picking your brains ALOT over the next few months (years) as we settle in.

Hi Springchicken, lucky you! We are in a similar situation - moving at the end of Jan to a 5.5 acre block that's sorted like yours, albeit a bit out of date. Good luck for the move!
