Another newbie here :)

Hi Guys, its Mimi here. My mum and I are thinking about buying a 0.5 hectares country lifestyle section and moving there. But it hasn't got a house on it yet, and we know nothing about building houses especially on a lifestyle section. Can any of you please help and advise where I can find some useful information regarding this please?

Hi Mimi, building is largely the same, although depending on the services to your section you may have extras over building in town, such as water tanks and pumps and septic tank. Have a good think about what you want to do with your land, ie, do you want to have animals, or vege gardens... It would be good to plan that in advance so you can get everything in the best place.
