Concrete Tank, Tank Water Tradesmen

Hi All...I haven't lived rural since I was a wee girl, however I love it here in Franklin.
I have a real double wammy as I am having Tank & Tank Water problems due to old age of the old concrete tank and terrible trades people not being capable and that's putting it mildly. :rolleyes:
I am starting up a charitable trust for a very good cause but have been let done by so many supposed trades people...I really don't know how to find out where the good one's are in the Franklin area. The local one's don't seem to do as asked or they don't turn up!
What do I need...
A local plumber who experience with solar?

Do you want someone to fix it for nothing? That will be hard to find. Not sure what your setting up a charitable trust has to do with this. Can you explain please and then it will be easier to steer you towards someone.
