Hi, I'm new here and found this lovely website and forum and thought it would be a good idea to join in and read the interesting threads that are posted. I am from South Africa and have a farm on the East Coast near the city of Port Elizabeth. I farm beef cattle (Santa Gertrudis) mainly and am about to start a dairy and goat milk cheese factory.

I have had experience with dairy with Jersey cattle and it had a small cheese production. It is a great ocupation, lots of work but well rewarding. Good Luck!!
