Intro from FARMBOY1

Hi fellow members, my wife and I own 12 acres in Waerenga where, for the past 8 years, we spend every weekend and most extra holidays planting 'organic' veg and attending to ducks, chickens, sheep etc..We have a private spot sqeezed between 2 large farms and enjoy a clean stream flowing through our land 24/7. No dairy farm or other pollution fortunately.

We have a chalenge planting vege and fruit trees due the possum and rabbit issues on and off. We plant in covered 'vege houses' and put netting over our fruit trees.
