first time sheep shearer..what to do

I have two lambs which i spose now are sheep (4 months old )

I have a pair of sharp old school hand shears

Anytricks?? or suggested order

My plan is to tie three legs together and start clipping.... Im not expecting it will look too flash afterwards.

any help appreciated (by the sheep)
