Hi, I live at Mystery Creek near Ohaupo with 23 alpacas, 4 sheep, 3 cats, 1 Sealyham terrier puppy Chayse, a few chickens and lots of birds including tumbling pigeons, ringneck doves (anyone want some?), canaries and one guinea pig :D :D .

Hi Paccie - I have just heard from a friend in Kapiti who says his Alpacas are somewhat bemused by the snow - I thought they came from snowy country but obviously his are not used to it.

Have you got snow?

Golden Wyandottes - Inigo (the rooster), Seraphina, Subie, Winnie, Nannie, Amber and Izzie (the hens). Dexter Cattle - Sedge (the bull), Lily (the matriarch), Buttercup, Myrtle, Marigold, Hyacinth and Orchid (the cows).

Hi Kaipara, I can imagine all these Australian/NZ alpacas are many generations away from the remembering their snowy homeland lol! No, we had no snow on the ground here. Te Awamutu did apparently, and Cambridge had flurries, but we only saw the odd flake or two float past.

Hi neighbour! Well done, good start. :-)
