I too have been a lurker here for a while. We are on the brink of getting Building Consent to start building our new house on 2.37 hectares in Wellington. Thanks for all the info on water tanks, fencing, animal care, etc that I've read here. I'm sure I'll come up with some (really stupid) questions in the near future!
