In other words joy joy . I am very grateful for this web site and some of the advice and articiles that have been writtern.Have lived here for 7 years have owned it for 2 years the difference I can now do what I like lol 1 1/2 acres in the Horowhenua Dogs ,sheep, chickens doves even have a white picket fence somewhere.....I have called the place Chara because thats what it is even on it's bad days
