 Beware! Lifestyler in training!
In practice for my future lifestyle section...
Kia ora! was created by Toherangi.
Since I've already posted I thought I better mihi to the group and introduce myself.
My name is Toherangi, I'm 35 and I currently live in Titahi Bay.
Although I'm originally from the Waikato area, I moved to country Western Aust***** (sorry, I can't bring myself to use foul language in the forum
) when I was quite young and have only been back in Aotearoa for a few years.
I'm not living on a lifestyle section yet, but it's my major goal for the next 5 years. I'm quite a handy fulla, enjoy gardening (particularly with native plants), and am fairly clued in when it comes to gadgets, electronics, computers or anything else techy.
I work from home, but as an employee for a major database and IT Infrastructure company, so working remotely from a lifestyle section will suit me perfectly. I occasionally do web consulting work on the side, but try to keep it minimal to keep a good balance of work, study and "play". I'm also near to finishing my Dip of Te Reo Māori.
Anyway, thats me, probably a lot more info there than most people would post, but I'm not shy [

I'd love to live around Te Pahu/Ngahinapouri... Close enough to whānau in Otorohanga, but far enough away from them for them to leave me in peace

Tomorrow is the day I will stop procrastinating.
Yep we are right on top of Fieldays! My extended family are in Sydney, that's close enough for me
I was going to post you a link to a really cool property at Ngahinapouri that I had on my TradeMe watchlist for ages... but it's gone
It had 2 houses and a waterfall on it... drool factor for me lol.
