East London to Christchurch

Hi All,

Quick hello to say we got back from Christchurch in January this year after spending 6 weeks in the South Island.
Now we are setting up a move over there permanantly in 2013.
If anyone knows anyone who is in the process of selling land near the beach within 25 mins drive of Christchurch please let me know.
We need 4 hectares at least as my partner loves horses

We are looking to buy the land now with a view to building the property on it around mid 2012.
