I have been reading posts on this forum for a couple of years now dreaming of returning to NZ and obtaining our own first Home and few acres in the Kiapara district. After 8 years of hard work scrimping and saving overseas we are almost there!!!!!!....... Our rellocatable is being moved onto our five acres in the next few weeks. I thought this was a fitting time (better late than never) to finally register with your site.
So Armed with youthful enthusiasm, bundles of lifestyle magazines and books we set out on this Journey to realise a dream of starting a family in a small rural community. We readily admit we are somewhat Naive and under skilled for the hard work that lies ahead of us but feel lucky we can start on the front foot with some resources behind us.
At the moment we have an acre or so of young Native bush, and four acres of beautiful healthy pasture that needs Mulching to give the vege garden a good start.
