New at this

Hi, we have recently moved on to the land been my goal in life to live in the country. We are in Pirongia on the sid eof the mountain with great views in an old relocated 250 square meter house. I am 54 this year my wife is 40 we were marrried on our block just a few months ago. We have three children Ella aged 3 and twin girls Ruby and Kate 14 months old. I stay at home and look after the children and land sort of its tough going just now with one walking and one about to arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. We have 20 chickens 1 rooster and a small planting of fruit trees and vege garden. We arew anting more fruit trees and berry bushes I would also like to plant a small wood lot of fost growing hard woods.

Is sounds as if you have your plans well in hand. What do you want the hard woods for? If it's for firewood then nitens grow really quickly and are pretty hardy.
