Got this link off the Stashbusters group I subscribe to and thought I'd share it with my LSB quilter friends. I just loved the photos - all the guys seemed to be having a ball. Some inspired work being done there.
What I found so refreshing was seeing a group of guys quilting together and having a great time. Given the massive number of female quilters around, it was a surprise to me to see just how many male quilters are out there. And those guys sure have skill. I came across the following site that has links to some blogs - talk about innovative work - I wonder why they don't have more publicity...
Great photos, I believe that there is a few classes being held at some of the Prisons up this way, but not sure if only for females or also including blokes as well. I have just finished doing a lovely quilt for the Gypsy Cob people, and its very spectacular, but until its collected from me and delivered to the folks that are getting it, I am unable to do any photos on line, but I promise I will soon, also finished a Dexter Cow and Calf one that is being raffled by the Dexter society, so will send those two photos to Kate soon.
I sent you some photos by email a couple of weeks ago, as until the horse one has been given to the new owner, I cannot put it onto any public domain. That has not yet happened, but as soon as it does will send the photos to Kate.
