homebrew shave soap?

concerning shaving with a straight razor, i am looking for a good shave soap. i'm normally fairly lazy and just use foam in a can, which works.

i was looking at some triumph and disaster brand, but it has aluminium in it!

so i'm looking for a kiwimade, fairly organic shave soap.
anyone?

As you can see they are only $3.50 each and last a while. My husband keeps his in a small container in the bathroom and is only used for shaving (even I use it on my legs).
She is based in Huntly but does mail order.

Ended up getting a choob of shave gel at the supermarket, primal earth, 6$. Lots of plants in it and made in nz, no chemicals or animal testing...
Now to wait until december when i can shave my filthy mo off.

I've just planted soapwort it is supposed to make a very mild and soothing liquid soap, it might be worth trying, it's flowers are attractive to bees and butterflies.

PS just read it's poisonous to stock.

let me know how it goes. Kumarahoe is also good native soap. And i think rangiora can be extracted too.
