Now I can look on Youtube to find out how (which is where I taught myself to crochet anyway) but there are obviously a few experienced crocheters on here so...
I am nearing finishing my first ever crocheted blanket, a giant granny square in white and shades of blue. What would be the best way of edging it?
Do you have a reasonable library near you? I got out a great book 'Around the Corner, Crochet Borders' by Edie Eckman. 150 borders, great pics, but in the end I did a really simple one. One tip was to first crochet in dc around the FO in the main colour to provide a base for the border. That made a big diff to the general neatness- not my strong point.
