If you don't want to frame them (minus the glass), I would take a piece of heavy cardboard/light wood (plywood/MDF/that sort of thing) and bind the latch-hook to it, then staple/secure a piece of wire to the back so you can hang the wire on a hook.
At least, that's what I'd try--I've never done anything like this, sorry.

use a piece of real estate sign plastic instead of wood or cardboard... ought to be waterproof enough for a bathroom but strong enough to hold a latch hook thingie.
