What crafts do you like to do? As I said before I am into quilting. I have a material bag habit. I make bags for friends and family...poor dears.
At present I have a couple of quilts to make for the kids.
I also have some cloth dolls on the go and have made some christmas decorations too.
I am also into gardening crafts and herb crafts. Love making my own pickles etc... and want to try out some herb cosmetic's. [^]

I love latch-hooking, but unfortunately the kits are horribly expensive. I used to crochet, but haven't in a while, and same for cross-stitch (stamped, never learned counted). I used to do a lot of embroidery, needlepoint, etc., when I was younger. I had gotten into "stained glass painting" (for lack of a better term) suncatchers before I left the US, but haven't found anything along those lines here.

If you have a spotlight near you, they have suncatcher type paints and supplies.
I love cross stiching but haven't done much for ages, i have only just got started on my crafty things again. I like having something to do in the evening to relax, that is not to hard on the eyes.

I love knitting ,cross stitching (but haven't had time to do much lately) and also used to do alot of sewing. I even had a go at pottery years ago and that was fun. I have an American cousin who does wonderful patchworking and quilting and sometime i would love to have a go at that .

Crocheting is the thing at the mo, but I like cross stitch I'm a real newbie at that. Have tried mosaicing, card making, enjoy painting in fact I'd probably have a go at anything.

I have had a go at mosaic work as well . I just got a biggish boulder with a flat surface ;smashed up some old plates and stuck them on the boulder with PVA . Looks good in the garden . Must get round to grouting it but it looks OK as it is .
Perhaps we could put up some pics of our craft works ??
I have also made some of those pumice thingys for in the garden .

I have been wanting to try some mosaic work for the garden. I belong to a Herb Group and we have guest speakers come and show us other crafts etc... We did some decoupage boxes and we have done some rock painting. That was fun. Tufa pots look good with inset stones and shells. Want to make some of those for the garden too. We have a mixed bag of crafties here already, lol. :o

Do they? I've not been in a Spotlight for ages (literally, I think it was like 4 years ago LOL) Thanks for that.

I love crosstitch too but am the world's slowest at it. And cardmaking is also fun. Am just making a cute one with my 6 year old grandson - a whale drawing in the centre with tail and fin that move up and down. It's his effort, I just did the drawing as per instructions on the internet and am telling him what to do.
