Method:Place the chicken wings in a bowl with the marinade ingredients and put in the fridge for 2 hours, stirring every so often to ensure all wings are marinated. Preheat oven to 230oC (450oF) Melt the butter in a large, heavy pan add all seasonings and drained chicken wings. Cook, stirring for for 10 minutes over medium heat. Transfer wings to hot oven dish and cook for a further 10 mins in oven. Enjoy! Kate
