Hi there, just wondering if anyone can help. We have a persian exotic cat (short haired persian) that absolutely HATES being touched, and therefore grooming is a nightmare. As a result he's matted and really needs a groom - but we're reluctant to go through that ourselves and were hoping someone could point us in the direction of a cat groomer in the North Canterbury area? Thanks very much.

You might have to take your cat to the vet and get him shaved - under anesthetic. If you do it now he'll regrow some fur very quickly. They look very cool with their fluffy head and the sleek body.
